Prime Minister David Cameron asked the Paris Climate Change Conference yesterday to consider how future generations would respond to the idea that it was "too difficult" for this generation of politicians to reach an agreement in 2015.

In it's 'Fifth Carbon Budget' report, the Committee on Climate Change has recommended that the Government should commit to an emissions reduction of 57 per cent by 2028-2032.
